Lennox is working with a leading, global recruitment agency and we have opportunities for 360 Recruitment Consultants to join them on a number of different desks, please see details below: Client details:- Based near Basildon, Essex. 1 day REMOTE working after probation. Base salaries up to £30k. Contract and permanent desk opportunities. A clear and structured promotion eligibility criteria. Commission paid with no threshold between 10-35%. Career progression pathway from Delivery Consultant up to Director level within the business. Benefits include: Inhouse training and external CPD, private healthcare, group life assurance, annual incentive trips abroad and high achiever lunches, gym memberships, counselling service and loads more!
