The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 Β£ per year.

Lennox Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the UK's leading Education recruitment agencies and we are currently looking for 2 experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to work with one of our clients based in Southampton. Any previous sector experience is welcomed.

  • Base salary between Β£25-35k, depending on individual experience.
  • 10% commission on permanent placements and up to 25% on contract placements.
  • Potential guarantee on earnings for the right candidate.
  • Working 7am - 4pm during term time and 9am - 3pm in the school holidays.
  • 1 day a week remote working but there could be further flexibility available on this.
  • Cold calling business development experience is essential.
  • WARM desk opportunity available.
  • Small friendly and well established team set up.
