Lennox Recruitment is supporting a fantastic Education Recruitment agency based in Liverpool and we are looking to recruit an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant.
Any sector background considered but your experience must be covering a fast-paced, high volume, temporary desk.
Brief overview of the role:
- 360 Recruitment Consultant
- 2 days per week remote working
- Working hours - based on shifts of 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm during term time
- Cold calling/Business development skills and the ability to win new business with clients is essential (we are not looking for consultants who have only recruited for a framework agency)
- Salary up to £35k
- Commission paid between 10-13% - NO THRESHOLD!
- Extra incentives/rewards – including holiday vouchers and extra annual leave
