Lennox Recruitment is working with a brand new client in Essex and have something special available please see below: * Recruitment Consultant – Focussed on delivery and account management * Very niche sector – the client already work with most of the market and have built the client base over the past 15 years so business development is an optional part of the role * Flex working hours: either 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm * 95% of placements will be permanent * Option for 1 day remote working each week * Base up to £35k * Commission paid between 10-25% * Top biller OTE £115K, Senior Consultant (2 years exp) OTE £80k * Minimum of 6 months experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant in any sector * Office based near Chigwell, Essex Now for the good bits: · £5,000 BONUS every quarter if you hit target · Fun, lively, buzzy office environment · Very support team, everyone has got each others back! · Weekly £££££ incentives · NO MICRO MANAGING · You will be working with blue chip global clients · HOT DESK – clients and jobs given to you from day 1 Interested?
