- 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Previous experience of cold calling business development is desirable, but my client is happy to consider 180 consultants looking to take a step up
- Ongoing training and support
- WARM desks
- Dual desks
- No candidate ownership culture
- Any background considered as long as it has been covering a fast-paced, temp desk
- 7:00am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:30pm – reduced hours in school holidays
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off, plus office closed between Christmas day and New Year!
- Base circa £35k plus commissions 10-15%
