Lennox Recruitment is working with an ambitious and successful recruitment agency based in Rochester, Kent and we are currently looking for a new 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team:
- Education sector Primary, Secondary and SEN desks available
- Full time hours 7am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday with a 3:30pm finish on Friday
- Reduced working hours during school holidays
- Small team of 6 consultants currently, with view to grow and expand
- Hands on support and development available from the manager who has a proven track record of building high performance recruitment teams
- 1 day remote working each week (Wednesdays)
- Base up to 37k
- Commission paid with NO THRESHOLD starting at 10%
- Regular lunch clubs and team incentives
- The agency is on a number of framework and PSLs with an abundance of work available
Additional points:
- Successful candidate to ideally start in September
- Ideally to have 6 months to 5 years experience recruiting within the Education sector
- My client will also consider someone on a TRAINEE recruitment consultant basis ideally with 1 years work experience in a sales environment and/or experience of working within a school environment.
