Lennox Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join a successful, family run agency in West London. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability of running a successful, fast paced, temporary desk.
- Line management experience
- Experience of carrying out performance reviews
- Have a hardworking, professional mindset
- Very good communication skills
What’s on offer:
- Base up to £60k
- Leading a team of 3 established consultants
- Comms paid up to 17.5% in addition to commission on your teams earnings
- Monday and Fridays are remote working days
- 7am -4pm hours in term time with reduced working hours in school holidays
