Lennox Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join a successful, family run agency in West London. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven ability of running a successful, fast paced, temporary desk.
  • Line management experience
  • Experience of carrying out performance reviews
  • Have a hardworking, professional mindset
  • Very good communication skills

What’s on offer:

  • Base up to £60k
  • Leading a team of 3 established consultants
  • Comms paid up to 17.5% in addition to commission on your teams earnings
  • Monday and Fridays are remote working days
  • 7am -4pm hours in term time with reduced working hours in school holidays
