- Junior Consultant or Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant or Principal Consultants considered
- Niche industry - all consultants have their own market so no crossover
- Warm desk - the client works with 80% of the market already
- Cold calling business development experience essential
- Contract & Permanent desks available
- 1-2 days remote working each week (applicable after the first 3 months)
- Base salaries £25-£45K DOE
- Commission paid with no threshold up to 35%
- Regular team social events
- Any previous sector experience considered
