Lennox Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join one of our Executive Search clients based in central London.
Overview
- Client works with Tech and Private equity clients around the world.
- You will be sourcing candidates for these vacancies - lots of headhunting.
- Average deal size 15-60k.
- Based full time in the office for the first 6 months; hybrid working available after probation.
- Team of 7 currently with huge growth plans for this year.
- 27k base during probation rising to 30k after your probation.
- 20% commission - no threshold.
- Lots of ongoing training and development with the view of you transitioning into a 360 consultant within the first 5 months.
What we are looking for
- 6-12 months recruitment experience within a white collar/corporate sector.
- Graduate without any prior recruitment experience but all of the right skill set and attributes; well spoken, articulate, switched on with good communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
