Lennox Recruitment is working with a brand new client in Essex and have something special available:
- Recruitment Consultant – Focused on delivery and account management
- Very niche sector – the client already works with most of the market and has built the client base over the past 15 years, so business development is an optional part of the role
- Flexible working hours: either 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm
- 95% of placements will be permanent
- Option for 1 day remote working each week
- Base salary up to £35k
- Commission paid between 10-25%
- Top biller OTE £115K, Senior Consultant (2 years experience) OTE £80k
- Minimum of 6 months experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant in any sector
- Office based near Chigwell, Essex
