Lennox Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join one of our Executive Search clients based in central London.
Overview:
- Client works with Tech and Private equity clients around the world
- You will be sourcing candidates for these vacancies - lots of headhunting
- Average deal size £15-60k
- Based full time in the office for the first 6 months
- Hybrid working available after probation
- Team of 7 currently with huge growth plans for this year
- £27k base during probation rising to £30k after your probation
- 20% commission - no threshold
- Lots of ongoing training and development with the view of you transitioning into a 360 consultant within the first 5 months
What we are looking for:
- 6-12 months recruitment experience within a white collar/ corporate sector or
- Graduate without any prior recruitment experience but all of the right skill set and attributes; well spoken, articulate, switched on with good communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
