Calling all Industrial Electricians in Leicestershire!

I am searching for Industrial Electricians for a client who have a full Nationwide Order book! Role is based North Leicester at one of their clients sites, but will involve extensive travel and lodging away as they have contracts and clients Nationwide.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across heavy industrial sites.
  • Work with MCCs, conveyors, motors, control panels, and instrumentation.
  • Carry out fault-finding, testing, and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Support both planned projects and reactive maintenance work.
  • Travel to customer sites (overnight stays when attending worksites will be required so flexible to work and lodge away is a key part of the role - Up to 80% of work in the future could be nationwide).
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
  • Electricians who have worked on aggregates, mining, steel, oil/gas or similar heavy industry are preferred.
  • Knowledge of control systems, motors, and PLCs (advantageous but not essential).
  • A commitment to safe working practices.
  • Full UK clean driving licence.

Competitive salary around £18.50 - £20.00 per hour (annual equivalent £48 – 51k). Working 45-50 hours per week, options for overtime also available. Fully expensed Company Van. Pension scheme.
