Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Interim People Partner to join our People team for a 3–6 month engagement. In this role, you will provide expertise, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) and supporting the delivery of our business strategy. This is a high-impact, short-term opportunity ideal for a proactive People professional with strong ER knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to quickly build trust and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide expertise to manage complex Employee Relations cases and projects.
- Support business strategy, including commission plans and incentive structures.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, and organisational change projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong relationships across the business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in People Partnering role(s).
- Significant experience managing complex Employee Relations matters.
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Experience working in fast-paced, change-oriented environments.
- Hands-on experience with people systems/HRIS platforms, preferably Hibob.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience.
