About LendOps: LendOps is a lending operations platform built specifically for bridging and specialist finance lenders. We handle the full deal lifecycle - from structured DIP intake through AI-assisted underwriting, credit committee workflow, document generation, and live portfolio monitoring. The platform is built. The technology works. We're now looking for the right commercial partner to take it to market.
The Role: This is a founding commercial position with equity participation. You will be the person who opens doors, builds relationships, and converts the right lenders into early adopters. This is not a traditional sales role. There is no script, no SDR team, and no inbound pipeline to work. What there is: a genuinely differentiated product, a flexible equity structure, and the opportunity to shape a company from the ground up.
Who We're Looking For: You are a commercially aggressive relationship builder who happens to know the bridging and specialist lending world inside out. You don't need to have been a lender - but you need to have spent years in rooms with them. That might mean you've come from a brokerage, a lending consultancy, a fintech that sold into this market, or a trade body like the ASTL. What matters is that you understand how these businesses operate, you know who the decision makers are, and - crucially - they already know you.
- 5+ years in bridging finance, specialist lending, or development finance
- Existing relationships with lenders, credit directors, or MDs in the sector
- Comfortable having commercial conversations at senior level
- Track record of opening and closing. Not just networking
The Structure: Equity-based with flexible arrangements depending on experience and what you bring to the table. The conversation about structure starts with one question: who are you calling first?
To Apply: Skip the CV. Send a short message explaining your background in lending and who you'd be picking up the phone to.
