We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious individual with a strong network of brokers and developers and a deep understanding of the UK bridging and short-term lending market.
Key Responsibilities- Drive origination and deployment of bridging, development, and commercial short-term loans.
- Leverage existing relationships with brokers, developers, and intermediaries to generate deal flow.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and develop a high-quality pipeline of transactions from initial enquiry to completion.
- Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Deliver and exceed agreed KPIs related to loan origination, deployment volumes, and client engagement.
- Represent Lendlord Capital at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a BDM in the UK bridging/development finance space.
- Proven track record of originating and deploying bridging/commercial/development finance deals.
- Strong and active network of brokers and property developers.
- Excellent understanding of the UK short-term property lending landscape.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
