We're looking for a Digital Engineer in Victoria to perform intermediate level technical engineering activities, such as software development, DevOps, data engineering, testing and assurance, system monitoring, maintenance and operational support.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Digital Engineering Managers in delivering the Project Digital Strategy and associated digital standards, methods and procedures.
- Supporting construction teams with visual planning outputs including 4D sequencing, buildability reviews and method statement visualisations.
- Perform model quality checking, clash detection and model data management across supply chain partners.
- Supporting digital upskilling across project teams and supply chain partners.
- Bring together inputs from AI optimisation, analytics and technical specialists to create clear, actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to a small, high‐performing team where ideas are shared openly and every voice is valued.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with a range of project stakeholders.
- Capture, document, and feedback lessons learned on the rollout of digital tools, process and their implementations.

About You:
- 4+ yrs Experience working within a BIM, Digital Engineering, Information Management, or Digital Delivery environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience using Revizto, Revit and ACC configuration is essential. Experience with PowerBI, Synchro and scripting viewed favourably.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop within a project environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of ISO19650 principles and how they can be implemented in practice.
