About your work

As a Mortgage Case Manager you will assist mortgage brokers and borrowers with their applications across Bridging, Buy to Let and Residential products. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and will involve managing expectations and deadlines whilst providing an excellent service that encourages repeat business.

  • Ensure loans complete as quickly as possible and meet strict completion date deadlines.
  • Assist borrowers/brokers with the application process and ensure responses are prompt and professional as well as providing updates throughout the process.
  • Proactively manage the post-offer pipeline ensuring cases are ready for sign off by Underwriters prior to completion and that all required documentation is received and saved centrally.
  • Compile electronic case files together with a high standard of documentation and data accuracy in preparation for Underwriter assessments.
  • Manage the new application allocation queue in the absence of both UW Team Leaders.
  • Instruct and liaise with our panel of Valuers.
  • Instruct and liaise with solicitors and ensure updates are received regularly and legal work is completed on time.
  • Maintain and build positive relationships with Brokers and other intermediaries that supports further business growth.
