The role of the Senior Financial Service Representative is a developmental position, whereby you have proven yourself in the Financial Service Representative position and have also expressed interest in continuing to develop and grow. In addition, you will:
- Be a proud brand ambassador
- Be a hands‑on leader, exemplifying great customer service and working through any customer concerns or challenges
- Be the Manager on Duty when Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager are unavailable
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on our products and processes
- Adhere to established loss prevention standards
Qualifications
What you should have:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- 9 months of customer service experience will be an asset
- Availability to work full‑time
Details
Work Location: 2942 Finch Ave E, Suite 106A, Scarborough, ON M1W 2T4
Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wages: $20.50 - $26.50 per hour (base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the provincial average)

You will also be eligible to participate in our RRSP/DPSP program once you have completed 3 months of employment with a company match.
