We’re looking for a Department Owner to join our Strategy & Operations team, responsible for driving efficiencies, scaling processes, and enhancing customer outcomes. You’ll own and optimise our Quality Assurance (QA) function within the Operations division. This is your chance to have a massive impact from day one — redesigning processes from first‑principles and using analytics to uncover insights that drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. You’ll roll up your sleeves to deeply understand and improve day‑to‑day operations, while also leading and developing a team to support scalable growth. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role with exposure to Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science and Compliance leadership. As you deliver impact within QA, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional strategic projects across other departments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Review and evaluate current processes and ways of working, identifying areas for automation
  • Interpret complex datasets to unlock insights that drive operational improvements and customer satisfaction
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of key strategic and operational initiatives in close partnership with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies and continuously identify areas for improvement
  • Effectively manage a team within the Quality Assurance (QA) function
