This is a dynamic role where you'll tackle high impact business problems across pricing, financial forecasting, growth, credit risk, new product development and product analytics. You'll work cross‐functionally to deliver insight‐driven strategies that optimise performance, drive responsible growth and put the customer at the heart of decision‐making.

Responsibilities
  • Drive promotions & pricing strategy: develop and optimise promotional and pricing strategies through data‐driven analysis and experimentation, balancing customer engagement, growth, price elasticity and profitability.
  • Financial forecasting & portfolio analytics: collaborate with Credit Risk Analytics, Growth and Data Science teams to understand product and portfolio performance, define KPIs, develop monitoring and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate expansion opportunities: assess feasibility of new product, channel and segment expansion, create commercial assessment frameworks, build tooling and provide clear, insight‐driven recommendations.
  • Influence & execution: collaborate with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Data Science, Product and Growth to bring strategies to life, present insights to senior leadership and ensure successful implementation and iteration.
  • Build & mentor a small team of analysts: hire, develop and mentor analysts, foster technical growth and strategic thinking, and build a culture of collaboration and customer‐first solutions.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytics role (Growth, Credit Risk, Product Analytics, Marketing, etc.)
  • Proficiency in coding – ideally SQL and Python
  • [Bonus] Experience managing or mentoring analytical teams
  • [Bonus] Experience in an FCA‐regulated financial services firm
