Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We are building one of the world's leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start:
- One of the UK's newest unicorns with a team of just over 600 people
- Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK
- Profitable since 2017
- Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs
- Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot)
So far, we have rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards, and car finance. We get money into our customers' hands in minutes instead of days.
We are growing fast, and there is a lot more to do: we are going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.
As our Senior Growth Manager (Performance Marketing), you will be the operational engine behind our growth at one of the UK's fastest-growing fintech companies. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will own the tactical campaign management of our digital marketing campaigns.
You will be part of a lean, high-performing team of operators. At Lendable, individual contributors wear many hats. We ask ourselves: what is the most impactful thing I can achieve this week? And then own that thing end to end. You will manage significant budgets on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns, identifying and iterating on winning creative concepts, and optimising conversion funnels.
This role combines digital strategy with performance marketing execution - perfect for someone who is a deep specialist in one or more digital channels, with wide experience and willingness to learn new things.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, spots opportunities others miss, and gets genuinely excited about turning creative concepts into scaled winners. You will work with sophisticated attribution models, systematic creative testing frameworks, and modern growth methodologies.
What You Will Do
- Own the D2C acquisition strategy across paid social and search, driving volume and efficiency against ambitious incremental CAC targets
- Lead the launch and scale of new high-potential channels while ensuring Meta, Google, and TikTok channels maintain a best-in-class foundation
- Drive the performant creative engine: Translate customer insights and winning patterns into clear, data-informed briefs for our external creator network, ensuring high-performing video content is produced at speed
- Systematically analyse creative output to build and refine our hook and concept library, providing actionable feedback to the in-house creators
- Execute daily and weekly optimisations across paid channels, leveraging internal attribution models to inform bidding and budget allocation decisions
- Maintain and audit the conversion tracking setup to ensure accurate, high-quality signal engineering for ad platform algorithms
- Actively triangulate results from multiple attribution sources (e.g. MMM, internal models, incrementality tests) to drive as much impact as possible
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years in performance marketing with strong creative tilt, preferably D2C, challenger brands, and/or fintech
- Hands-on Google Ads and/or Meta/TikTok campaign management experience
- Strong analytical mindset with SQL proficiency preferred but not required
- Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and creative testing frameworks
- Understanding of effective hooks, messaging, and creative formats for social media
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and incrementality testing concepts
- Comfortable working with AI tools for productivity and analysis enhancement
- Significant experience managing multi-million annual budgets
- Experience in line management or mentorship highly valuable as we build out the team under you
Working Style
- Takes ownership: You see digital marketing opportunities and execute them without detailed instructions
- Creative and analytical: You balance intuition with data-driven decision making
- Detail-oriented: You catch performance patterns others miss and build robust testing processes
- Growth-minded: You are here to learn, improve, and take on bigger challenges
Interview Process
- Screening call with talent team
- Interview with Head of Growth
- Interview with CMO
