Overview
In this role you will shape the user experience of Zable, Lendable’s fintech superapp, guiding the end-to-end design from discovery to polished delivery. You will work with PMs and engineers in a small, high-performing design team to raise craft and outcomes. You will conduct user research, run usability tests, and use analytics to identify friction and drive improvements. You will apply the design system and help ensure accessible, fair outcomes, while mentoring peers. This is a chance to impact millions of users and contribute to building a leading fintech platform.

Responsibilities
- Shape problems in discovery with PMs and engineers and state user needs clearly
- Run user research and usability tests and translate findings into clear themes
- Use funnel and analytics data to spot confusing flows and back up design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows, including edge cases and error states
- Apply the design system and brand guidelines and flag inconsistencies
- Collaborate with engineers on constraints during design and write thorough specs
- Use AI to speed up research, analysis and production and contribute PRs for design changes
- Keep Figma files accurate and well-documented for engineers and AI tools
Key requirements
- 3+ years of Product Design experience on mobile apps, preferably fintech or startup
- Ability to explore multiple directions and present unconventional options
- Customer-centric approach with strong questioning before solutions
- Daily use of AI tools as part of workflow
- Accessibility (WCAG AA) and commitment to fair customer outcomes
- Excellent feedback culture and willingness to mentor others
- Bonus: experience with UX writing
