Your team's objectives
- Prevent fraud losses on the UK Cards portfolio whilst balancing great customer experience
- Use data and analytics to improve operational efficiency and streamline customer journeys
- Automate reporting and intelligence sharing for key stakeholders
How you'll impact those objectives
- Define the fraud strategy for our evolving portfolios
- Discover insights from data and develop strategies to answer the big questions and address key business questions
- Collaborate with a wider cross-functional team to implement your strategies in the market
- Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies, and continuously discover further opportunities for improvement
What we're looking for
- A foundational understanding of SQL & Python, with the ability to apply them in day-to-day tasks
- Proven experience (1 year +) in shaping fraud strategies
- Understanding what truly matters and driving business outcomes
- Have a natural curiosity and love to dig into things to understand how they work
