We are looking for our next Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent team. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional technical talent across a variety of critical domains, including Engineering, Product, Credit, and Data Science. From mapping markets and building intricate sourcing strategies to engaging hard-to-find candidates, you will be a proactive force in building robust talent pipelines and ensuring we hire the best, at pace.
What you will be doing:
- You will uncover and engage best-in-market passive technical talent using creative, multi-channel sourcing approaches. You will be familiar with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Welcome to the Jungle, and others.
- You will partner closely with our Talent Partners and hiring leaders, leveraging market insights and data to develop detailed, strategic sourcing plans for highly specialised technical roles.
- You will map the market, proactively identifying and understanding talent pools to find those hidden gems.
- You will manage multiple pipelines and priorities with precision.
- You will hustle cross-functionally, collaborating with Talent Partners and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial outreach to hand-off.
- Through it all, you will analyse metrics, auditing your strategies and processes with a highly analytical mindset, always hunting for opportunities to source not only faster but smarter!

What we are looking for:
- You have extensive experience as a dedicated technical sourcing expert, within a fast-paced, in-house, product-led tech environment.
- You have technical sourcing experience with a proven track record in Engineering, Product, Credit, Data Science, and other highly technical roles.
- You are familiar with deep sourcing activities, with proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive technical talent, using a range of tools, platforms (including LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Welcome to the Jungle), and creative techniques.
- You have strong familiarity with building detailed sourcing strategies and experience mapping markets to find hidden talent.
- You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, adept at engaging highly specialised talent and articulating our value proposition effectively.
- You are deeply data-driven, leveraging analytics to improve sourcing every day and are comfortable reporting on process and outcomes.
- You are a proactive collaborator and relationship builder. The ultimate culture-add, ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication. You tailor your message to the audience, get buy-in and build trust at all levels.
- You have experience with applicant tracking systems (bonus if you can teach us a thing or two about Ashby!).
Interview process:
- Screening - a 30 minute call with one of our Talent Partners.
- Leadership interview - a 45 minute interview with our Senior Talent Partner.
- Final interview - a 45 minute task with the Lead Talent Partner and Head of Talent, followed by a 45 minute stakeholder interview.
