Lendable Ltd is seeking a Head of Complaints to lead the complaints department across product lines and ensure FCA DISP compliance. Reporting to the Director of Complaints, Fraud and Financial Crime, you will drive strategic direction and foster a high-performance culture. You will leverage AI-enabled tooling to improve resolution speed, identify systemic issues, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes while partnering with Risk, Compliance and product teams.
