We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Digital Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Design team as we scale our D2C activity across products, channels, and markets. This role sits alongside our Digital Marketing Designer and is rooted in producing and scaling high‐quality static and motion creative, contributing to creative direction, and helping the team move faster and learn more systematically.
We’re looking for someone confident in executing at volume, happy working with guidance and shared ownership, and keen to grow deeper expertise over time rather than owning everything from day one.
What We’re looking for:
- Essential:
- 3+ years of design work experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficient in key design tools (e.g. Adobe creative suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
- Experienced in creating high performing designs at volume for digital marketing (email, ads, mailers, social).
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work at pace.
- Able to maintain a consistent visual language across all marketing materials to ensure brand coherence.
- Desirable:
- Motion graphic skills a plus.
- Familiar with and interested in AI creative tools.

What you’ll be doing:
- Creative Production & Iteration:
- Partner with the marketing designer, content creator, and growth team to create and iterate on static and motion ad creative for paid channels (primarily Meta), working within established brand guidelines.
- Produce lifecycle communications including emails, direct mailers, and card carriers.
- Translate ideas into scalable creative variations to support testing and learning.
- Testing & Optimisation:
- Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Conduct research to identify trends in marketing assets and apply insights to designs.
- Contribute to creative testing by experimenting with formats, layouts, and messaging.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Own creative QA before launch, ensuring accuracy in regulatory text, formats, and exports.
- Maintain consistent visual language across all marketing materials to ensure brand coherence.
- Collaboration & Process:
- Work closely with marketing, product managers, and stakeholders to define campaign goals, visual themes, and key messaging.
- Contribute ideas to creative direction and experimentation.
- Work within marketing templates/systems and collaborate with product design when alignment is needed.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly explore and adapt AI tools to increase speed and quality of work.
- Support ongoing improvements to creative processes, tooling, and workflows.
- Advocate for user-centred design and articulate design decisions to build design culture.
