About Lendable: Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK. So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards, and car finance. We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do as we target the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Product Manager (PM) to join our dynamic product team at Lendable in UK Loans. You’ll be responsible for our onboarding journey end-to-end, focusing on improving conversion across our web and app journeys and identifying new ways of engaging customers. It’s your job to break down complex tasks into bite-sized deliverables and prioritise projects according to their maximum impact. You’ll be comfortable getting into the details while also looking at the big picture to help Lendable grow.

  • 2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Data proficiency; you’re comfortable using Python or SQL to query data and run your own data analysis
  • Collaborating with other teams across the business, including other Product Managers, Engineering, Credit, Data Science, Finance, and Operations
  • Championing data-driven decision-making by designing hypothesis-driven tests, measuring outcomes, and iterating quickly based on learnings
  • Using AI to build tools, automate manual workflows, and help your team make faster and better decisions
  • Navigating a fast-paced, evolving fintech landscape, balancing innovation with compliance and risk management
  • Partnering with design to ensure our customers’ needs are always at the heart of what we’re building
  • Confidently running standups and planning sessions with the engineering team, proactively identifying and resolving any issues limiting product development
  • Experience with numerical analysis; comfortable using SQL or Python to dig into the data and drive real-world actions
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility for implementation and design decisions
  • Clear and succinct communication, orally and in writing
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and how Product can support each stage
  • Adaptability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving, and constantly evolving high-growth environment

Work on high-impact products that redefine financial access and empower customers. Join a top-tier team with a track record of building category-defining fintech solutions.
