A global client has an amazing opportunity for a Business Analyst with a digital background and experience in building business applications rapidly using AI-assisted development, generating working code through AI tools, and then reviewing, refining, and delivering reliable solutions.
As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be required to design and deliver practical applications and automations across Office 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, and Azure, working closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into working software and also to deliver AI initiatives from minimum viable products to production-ready tools.
Desirable skills include:
- Vibe coding
- Agent-assisted development
- Building agents in Azure Foundry
The role also promotes and deploys collaborative applications within the Office 365 tenancy, such as team workspaces, workflows, and document sharing.
With 1-2 years of experience in AI, you will have the ability to build applications and automations by using AI tools to generate, refactor, and debug code (e.g., Anti-Gravity, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and the AI capabilities within Power Platform and Azure AI Foundry). You will review and validate all AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability, turn plain-language business requirements into working prototypes quickly, and iterate with stakeholders to reach a production-ready solution.
You will be aware of emerging AI and low-code technologies, assess their business impact, and solve business problems with creative, practical solutions. You will work with business partners to draw out high-level requirements and capture needs in a structured manner, produce process flow diagrams, and light documentation to support the business and hand-over.
Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of new Office 365 and AI features and evaluate them for business use, apply data governance, security, and compliance policies to everything built, and collaborate with infrastructure engineers, digital business analysts, and governance teams to ensure solutions and AI agents are secure and compliant.
This is a superb opportunity for a Digital BA with a serious interest in AI and embrace the training opportunities within an 18 billion company that requires 2 days per week in the office, with a salary of up to £55,000, a 13% bonus, and a salary review of 10%.
This role is commutable from London, Canary Wharf, home counties, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey, and Kent.
