Len the Plumber Heating and Air HVAC Sales Coordinator will schedule all market and tech-generated leads. This role will prioritize the leads to maximize opportunity and revenue. This role will also outbound on open service and sales estimates to close outstanding opportunities and create new revenue for the company.
Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate with technicians to set sales leads
- Create an effective transition from technicians to Comfort Consultants
- Communicate with customers to prioritize marketed leads and gather helpful information for the sales team.
- Prioritize sales calls and dispatch Comfort Consultants based on business needs
- Create and schedule reports to provide to the dispatch team for setting leads
- Track results of all sales calls and open opportunities
- Prioritize unsold opportunities for sales and service departments
- Follow-up in a timely manner on unsold opportunities with the intent to save the sale and generate revenue
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task with high accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior customer service experience is a PLUS!!!
- Experience with Service-Titan preferred but not required
Experience/Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
