What You’ll Do:

  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards
  • Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories
  • Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control
  • Collaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questions
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
