We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a temporary, ongoing contract within a Further Education Training provider. This role would be ideal for someone with a sales background, looking to utilise their skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively call prospective individuals and companies to promote and sell training courses offered by the training provider.
- Engage with both individual learners and employers, discussing a wide range of training programmes across construction, green skills, healthcare, and employability sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, driving business growth.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a strong desire to succeed.
- Previous experience working within the education sector is preferred but not essential.
