im currently recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to join a well established private practice in Central London.

They're looking for someone who is ready to step beyond simply being an excellent clinician.

You'll be working closely with the Lead Nurse and covering when needed, supporting junior nurses and HCA's, working alongside consultants, helping keep the clinic running smoothly and having a genuine influence on how things are done.

So, this isn't really a "Senior Staff Nurse" role in name only. It's a role for someone who is thinking:

"I'm ready for more responsibility, but I'm not ready to leave clinical nursing behind."

You'll need

  • NMC registration
  • Phlebotomy experience — essential
  • Gynaecology experience, ideally within the private sector
  • The confidence to take ownership when things get busy
  • A calm, practical approach and good clinical judgement
