Position Overview:
We are looking for a BTP (Business Technology Platform) Solution Architect with a broad technical background and a focus on professional code development. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing BTP solutions with a strong emphasis on integration, build processes, and data management. Familiarity with the BTP Build, Integration Suite, and SAP Datasphere is highly desirable.
- Lead the design and implementation of BTP solutions across various domains, with a focus on custom development using professional coding practices.
- Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions utilizing the SAP BTP platform, including SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, and SAP Datasphere.
- Drive the integration of systems, applications, and data sources using BTP Integration Suite to ensure smooth interoperability.
- Design and implement data solutions leveraging SAP Datasphere to enable efficient data management and analytics.
- Provide guidance on BTP best practices, including security, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and solution architects on BTP-related technologies and best practices.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Conduct workshops and provide training for clients on SAP BTP technologies and solution capabilities.
- Stay updated on new features and capabilities within SAP BTP and recommend innovative solutions to improve processes.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong background in SAP BTP, especially in areas of Build, Integration Suite, and SAP Datasphere.
- Expertise in professional code development, including hands-on experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, particularly SAP BTP, and its components (Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAP Datasphere).
- Hands-on experience with system integration, data management, and cloud architecture principles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
SAP Certifications in SAP BTP, Integration Suite, or SAP Datasphere.
Experience with other SAP technologies like SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and their integration with SAP BTP.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
