Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Logistics team, supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of door-to-door import and export operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. The Benefits Package: The Basics Salary up to £25,000 Fully office based Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm The Responsibilities: Shipment coordination: Assist with the administration and coordination of import and export shipments, including arranging collections and deliveries and liaising with carriers and service providers with guidance from the team. System and data accuracy: Enter shipment details, pricing and other relevant information accurately into company systems, and keep records and databases up to date for reporting and audit purposes. Documentation management: Help check, prepare, organise and distribute shipping and export documentation, while developing an understanding of import/export documentation and compliance requirements. Internal communication: Liaise with internal departments and external contacts to gather and share shipment information, provide updates and build effective working relationships. Customer and service quality: Help monitor collections and deliveries, identify delays or discrepancies, and report issues to experienced team members to support a high standard of customer service. Learning and development: Learn to use logistics systems and processes, and contribute ideas to improve administrative and logistics procedures as experience develops. The Skills & Requirements:
