The Basics

- Monday to Thursday Office based in Borehamwood, Friday Home working
- 35-hour working week
- Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR and Employee Relations advice to SME clients both verbally and in writing.
- Manage Employee Relations casework including grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, and TUPE matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and managers on general HR issues and best practice.
