The Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of residential developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with Freeholders, Leaseholders, contractors, and clients.
- Liaise with the in-house accounts team regarding service charge and accounting matters.
- Work closely with your dedicated assistant to ensure client enquiries are handled efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and attend client meetings as required.
- Manage maintenance issues and major works projects.
- Ensure compliance with lease obligations and relevant legislation.
- Prepare and manage budgets for developments within your portfolio.
- Oversee contractors and service providers.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
The Skills & Requirements
- TPI or IRPM qualified (or working towards qualification).
- Proven experience in residential block/property management.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
