various locations available | £28,000£30,000 (depending on background) + call-out pay We are working with a well-established housing provider that delivers lettings, property sales, and temporary accommodation services across London and the Southeast. They work closely with housing associations, local authorities, and private landlords, providing essential maintenance services to a wide range of properties. Were currently recruiting a Maintenance Operatives to join their growing team. These role offers the chance to work across a varied residential portfolio, supporting the upkeep and quality of homes provided to individuals and families across London and Essex. The Benefits and Perks Package: £28,000£30,000 depending on Background. Additional call-out pay Company vehicle provided The Basics: Monday to Friday, 9am6pm On-call rota one week per month (6pm9pm), paid per call-out Locations include North, South, East, West London, and Essex Company vehicle provided for travel to sites Own tools required Daily reporting to the Chingford office to collect and return job sheets The Responsibilities: Carrying out general maintenance and repairs in residential flats and housing Tasks include: Replacing taps Replacing light switches and plug sockets Mastic and grouting Waste pipe repairs and replacements Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and compliant with health and safety standards Coordinating with tenants, office staff, and housing officers to complete jobs efficiently The Skills & Requirements: Previous experience in maintenance, multi-trade, or repair roles Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily job list Own set of tools Full UK driving licence Lemoncloud prides itself on partnering with places of work that encourage diversity, equality, and inclusion.
