Our client is a well-established Property Management company based in Borehamwood with over 10 years of success and an exceptionally low staff turnover. They have built a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service to both Freeholders and Leaseholders across London and the Home Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Block Manager who is looking for a long-term career within a supportive and growing business. The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio while benefiting from dedicated administrative and accounts support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Freeholders, Leaseholders, contractors, and clients.
  • Liaise with the in-house accounts team regarding service charge and accounting matters.
  • Conduct site inspections and attend client meetings as required.
  • Manage maintenance issues and major works projects.
  • Ensure compliance with lease obligations and relevant legislation.
  • Oversee contractors and service providers.

Proven experience in residential block/property management is required. A full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
