Our client is a well-established organisation based in West London near Heathrow Airport. The role is a standalone role and office-based reporting into the CEO of the business. Seeking an HR Generalist who is looking for a diverse role where no 2 days are the same. Working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all HR processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies.
- Administer payroll for all employees, both monthly and weekly, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee welfare initiatives, including wellbeing programs and employee engagement activities.
- Lead recruitment efforts, from drafting job descriptions to interviewing and onboarding new staff.
- Organise and conduct inductions and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Ensure all HR activities are compliant with employment law and industry regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs and courses for external customers, ensuring high-quality content and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on key projects and strategic initiatives.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices.
- Experience managing payroll, ideally for both weekly and monthly cycles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction programs.
- Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and HR databases.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior management.
