We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing accounts, handling inbound sales enquiries, and helping drive business growth. The Basics:

Salary is £23-25K depending on background. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound sales enquiries efficiently via email, website enquiries, or telephone.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately; evaluate if escalation to enterprise sales is needed.
  • Process and document orders, assist with billing/payment issues, and support logistics for deliveries and returns.
  • Follow up with managed and new e-commerce accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to share customer feedback and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales logs, and track buying cycles in CRM (Oracle Netsuite).
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute process improvement ideas, and support team leaders with reporting.
  • Maintain product knowledge to answer questions and promote relevant solutions.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures in all sales interactions.

Skills & Requirements:

  • A background in B2B sales experience or relevant sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and determination to develop new business and manage accounts.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is a bonus.
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing sales skills.
