The Basics
- Salary: Β£36K- Β£38k DOE
- Full Time Permanent
- Monday to Thursday Office based in Borehamwood, Friday Home working
- 35-hour working week
- Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR and Employee Relations advice to SME clients both verbally and in writing.
- Manage Employee Relations casework including grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, and TUPE matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and managers on general HR issues and best practice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through a proactive and professional approach.
- Support clients with commercially focused HR solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Attend client sites occasionally when required.
- Contribute to the continued success and reputation of the consultancy through excellent client service.
Skills & Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Strong Employee Relations experience.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
