Lemonaid & ChariTea is hiring! We’re looking for a commercially savvy, hands-on National Account Manager to drive our growth in the wholesale, foodservice, and QSR channels – with a focus on contract caterers, workplace providers, and national wholesalers. You’ll be building brand love, unlocking new listings, and bringing our drinks to life at depot days, trade shows and tastings. This role blends strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution – and is ideal for someone who enjoys both.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & New Business Development
- Manage and grow relationships with key wholesale, QSR and foodservice partners, including Brakes, Bidfood and DDC
- Own and deliver sales targets across new and existing accounts
- Collaborate with distributor account managers to secure listings, upsells and menu visibility
- Line-manage a Junior Foodservice Field Sales Executive
- Lead our trade calendar - from depot days to fresher fairs and office tastings
- Oversee freelancer support and coordinate with our field sales team for customer activations
- Work with distributor partners to execute impactful joint events
- Unlock new opportunities across wholesale customer networks
- Deliver depot visits, staff training sessions and field marketing with a focus on velocity and ROI
- Feed market insights back into our strategy
- Receive structured coaching and commercial training from our Head of Sales
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years experience working with contract caterers and/or workplace foodservice providers
- Understands the wholesale channel and how to work effectively with distributors
- Is both strategic and action-oriented
- Loves building relationships and making things happen
- Is confident representing a brand at all levels – from head office meetings to depot tastings
- Wants to grow into a bigger commercial role over time
- Shares our passion for social impact and ethical business
