As the central support hub for our UK sales and marketing team, you’ll handle UK-specific logistics, event coordination, CRM and data management, and provide hands-on support to the MD, Head of Sales, and Sales Managers. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes problem-solver who keeps everything moving.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and update Salesforce, ensuring account data is accurate

• Process account activations/deactivations, track wins/losses, and run reports

• Qualify and forward incoming leads

• Support monthly sales bonus calculations

• Coordinate logistics for sampling, festivals, and trade events

• Order POS and merchandise, liaise with marketing for updated artwork

• Keep our office fridge and sample storage stocked and organised

• Be the first point of contact for inbound UK customer queries

• Manage travel bookings, meeting scheduling, and ad-hoc projects

• Organise internal events and new starter welcome packs

• Oversee office supplies, stock, mail handling, and occasional supplier payments

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires

About you:

• Undergraduate degree or 3+ years equivalent work experience

• Based in London or able to commute daily to Shoreditch

• UK resident or full work permit holder

• Highly organised and great at juggling multiple priorities

• Strong communicator, confident dealing with suppliers, customers, and colleagues

• Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce a bonus) and Excel/Google Sheets

• Hands-on, resourceful, and happy to get stuck into varied tasks

• Flexible and proactive – quick to step in wherever needed

What we offer:

• Competitive salary, based on experience

• Company pension scheme

• Private medical and income protection insurance (incl. dental, optical & mental health)

• Regular team socials and project trips to our farming communities in the Global South

• Opportunity to join the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation’s advisory board

• Unlimited Lemonaid & ChariTea to take home

Location:

You’ll work from our stunning mid-century-inspired FORA co-working space in Shoreditch, just 2 minutes from Old Street Station, with an on-site gym, café, and rooftop terrace.
