YOUR ROLE Your main responsibilities & what you’ll be doing Win new business and drive growth Your primary mission is to bring Lemonaid & ChariTea into corporate offices and at-work venues. Youll introduce our brand to decision-makers, creating a compelling case for why their teams will love having our drinks in their spaces and supporting our mission to create change. Face-to-face sales and activation mastery Youll thrive in direct meetings with potential clients, using your energy and enthusiasm to win new business. From samplings to activations, youll engage employees on-site to drive excitement and secure partnerships. Craft and execute winning strategies Youll develop and execute creative sales and activation strategies that drive awareness, boost trial, and ensure were a leading presence in the corporate and at-work channel. Develop and strengthen relationships Building connections with catering clients and office managers will be a key part of your role, ensuring strong, lasting partnerships and a growing network of Lemonaid & ChariTea advocates. Execute impactful activations Organise and lead on-site samplings, pop-up events, and office activations to showcase our drinks and maximise visibility in the corporate environment. Youll be hands-on, ensuring every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression. Make our brand stand out Utilise creative point-of-sale materials, from upcycled bottle displays to branded event setups, to ensure Lemonaid & ChariTea grabs attention and stays memorable in every workspace.
