Lemonaid Beverages is looking for a full-time sales and relationship superstar to help spread our social mission across the North of England. Are you an outgoing and extroverted self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong drive to score? Since 2009, we’ve been on a mission to shake up the soft drinks market with Fairtrade, organic beverages that make a real difference. Every bottle sold contributes 5p to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, and together we’ve raised over £9 million to fund impactful social projects in our sourcing regions. Our goal is simple yet powerful: to inspire social change, one drink at a time.
What started as a small idea in Germany has grown into a global movement. Today, our team of 115 Lemonaiders spans six countries, and in the UK, a dozen of us are driving sales and marketing to new heights. With fresh senior global leadership and a clear vision for the future, we’re entering an exciting phase of expansion. We’re focused on winning additional accounts and exploring new channels and formats - and we need the right person to join us on this journey.

YOUR ROLE
Your key responsibilities and what you’ll be doing:
- Win new business and drive growth by bringing Lemonaid & ChariTea into new venues, from cafes and bars to restaurants, health food stores to night clubs.
- Thrive in direct meetings with potential clients, using your persuasive energy and passion to secure partnerships.
- Own and execute sales strategies to ensure we’re a leading presence, driving impact in your territory.
- Build and nurture strong connections with key customers, turning them into long-term ambassadors for Lemonaid & ChariTea.
- Work closely with our wholesalers and their sales teams to maximise sales performance across every site.
- Immerse yourself in local scenes—think design, music, and nightlife—to create authentic connections and initiate brand partnerships.
- Make our brand stand out through in-store promotions and eye-catching displays.
- Continuously learn, challenge yourself, and represent Lemonaid & ChariTea with pride and passion.
ABOUT YOU
You have a winning mindset: resilient, relentless, and driven by results. Based in or within 30 miles of Manchester, with a full clean UK driving license. Previous experience in FMCG is great, but if not, your passion for winning and delivering results will stand out. You are a confident, skilled communicator with exceptional organisational abilities, highly independent and self-motivated; thriving in the field, excelling without constant oversight, and comfortable travelling 4-5 days per week to maximise opportunities. You are a self-starter who plans and delivers with precision, enthusiastic, proactive, and brimming with entrepreneurial energy. You turn ‘no’ into opportunities and see every setback as a chance to grow and succeed. Adaptable and quick on your feet - you think strategically and act decisively.
