This is a freelance role for a Web Designer / Landing Page Builder looking for project-based work or part-time retainer hours. We’re looking for an experienced landing page designer who understands conversion, psychology, and paid traffic - not just design.
- Worked with scaled lead gen brands
- Can design pages that convert, not just look good
- Can successfully coordinate and execute paid lander projects
This is not a junior role and not a brand-only design position.
- Writing or structuring strong copy that resonates with personas
- Collaborating & co-ordinating the project with team members
- Providing ideas and content requirements to the Lemonade team
- Iterating based on performance feedback
Proven experience designing landing pages for lead gen brands:
- Hands-on experience using platforms like Wordpress, Webflow and custom built sites
- Experience building pre-qualification forms with logic (i.e. able to connect forms to clients' CRM)
- Backend deployment experience
- Performance-driven environment
- Opportunity to become our go-to landing page specialist - ongoing or even full-time position
