We are looking for a General Manager to lead a premium food-led restaurant in West London. The site is busy, quality-driven and known for strong service standards and a loyal neighbourhood following. The restaurant delivers weekly sales between £30k and £55k and operates across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. This is a founder-led business with a genuine passion for hospitality, where the General Manager plays a key role in shaping both the guest experience and team culture.
The team consists of approximately 11 chefs in the kitchen and a front-of-house team of around 15. This role would suit an experienced General Manager or strong Deputy General Manager with a background in premium casual dining, modern brasserie environments or quality-led restaurants.
The Role- Lead and inspire both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Take full ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day performance
- Be a highly visible leader on the floor during service
- Drive exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service and team alignment
- Manage rotas, labour and operational performance
- Support commercial performance including P&L awareness and cost control
- Recruit, train and develop future leaders within the team
- Current General Manager or experienced Deputy General Manager ready to step up
- Background in premium casual dining, modern brasserie or quality-led restaurants
- Rosette exposure or food-led restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Comfortable managing busy, high-volume services while maintaining quality standards
- Hands-on operator who enjoys being present on the floor with the team
£55,000 - £60,000 salary + Tronc via a points-based system. Potential parking available. Future bonus potential as the business grows.
LocationBrentford, West London. The restaurant is easily accessible from: Chiswick (10 minutes), Kew (5 minutes), Richmond (10 minutes), Hammersmith (15 minutes). Due to the location, candidates who live locally or have their own transport (cycling, motorbike or car) are particularly well suited.
