We are searching for a superstar GM to lead one of Soho's most exciting and talked-about premium restaurant concepts: an incredible Mediterranean-inspired open-fire restaurant and natural wine destination with a buzzing atmosphere, stunning interiors, exceptional food, packed services, and a seriously strong reputation within the London hospitality scene.
