We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time cook, with weekend availability being essential. Days of work can vary from week to week, with a minimum of 3 days a week required. This role offers an exciting opportunity to prepare and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting food preparation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals. Prior experience in a kitchen setting or restaurant environment is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Barista experience is an added bonus for extra hours if desired.

Responsibilities:- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support serving staff during busy periods, including plating and presentation of dishes.
- Ensure all food handling practices meet hygiene standards and comply with food safety legislation.
- Experience in food preparation or cooking within a small setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
