Trainee Sales Executive – Full Time

The Role
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible full-time hours (no weekends)
Start: Immediate

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Learning the fundamentals of sales through structured training and on-the-job coaching.
- Building confidence in communicating with clients and customers.
- Working towards individual and team goals, with clear targets and full support.
- Developing leadership skills, with the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly.
- Progressing step by step towards team leadership within six months and management potential within 12 months (performance dependent, with clear criteria provided).
